Testimonials
FROM OUR CUSTOMERS
I’ve called on RGI to provide Oil and Gas services for many pipeline projects including hydrostatic test water treatment on used pipelines, anomaly dig dewatering, oily waste-water hauling and recycling, environmental site assessments, confined-space vessel cleaning and spill response cleanups. RGI’s work crews are among the best in the industry. They are always well trained, their equipment top-notch and most importantly, they perform their duties safely and with concern for our environmental liability.” read more >>>

Resource Geoscience, Inc. was awarded a five year contract with Kinder Morgan to provide environmental engineering and contracting services throughout the U.S. and Canada. Kinder Morgan is the largest independent transporter of refined petroleum products in the U.S. with approximately 75,000 miles of petroleum pipelines and 180 terminals. This contract is a testament to RGI’s capabilities and safety record.
Resource Geoscience, Inc. successfully completed an injection under a building of 1,200 pounds of ORC-Advanced®, an oxygen release compound used to remediate subsurface petrochemical contaminants. RGI injected into a groundwater aquifer located 30 ft. below an occupied restaurant. This was accomplished using RGI’s angle drilling capabilities combined with our chemical injection systems.
RGI was recently awarded two new contracts with Colorado Springs Utilities. The first contract is to provide Environmental Engineering and Consulting Services and was awarded for an initial 2 year period with 3 additional 1 year option periods. The second contract is for Spill Response Services and was awarded for an initial 1 year period with 4 additional 1 year option periods. These contracts demonstrate RGI’s unique ability to provide both Environmental Consulting and Environmental Contracting services.
RGI was contracted on an emergency basis to evaluate and remediate oil discovered during reconstruction of a dam located at an elevation of over 10,000 feet in a remote area of Colorado. Due to the very limited construction season, any remedial efforts had to be fast and effective. The owner of the dam anticipated RGI would be required to excavate large amounts of contaminated earth in order to remediate the site. Instead, RGI combined in-situ soil-washing techniques followed by the application of BOS-200®, a commercially available, carbon-based remediation product. Rather than weeks, the project was completed in 3-days and potentially saved the client hundreds of thousands of dollars.
RGI was awarded a contract with La Plata County, Colorado to provide Environmental Consulting services on an on-call basis.
Resource Geoscience, Inc. (RGI) was awarded a five year contract with the State of Colorado, Department of Labor and Employment, Division of Oil and Public Safety to provide services addressing leaking underground petroleum storage tanks. This project will entail many of RGI’s core service areas including subsurface drilling, vacuum truck, waste treatment, chemical injection and remediation system installation.rgicos
RGI purchased a Geoprobe 77DT track-mounted, direct-push / auger rig to add to their fleet of subsurface drilling equipment capabilities.
RGI was awarded a new three year contract for Testing, Cleaning and Disposal of Sludge in Motor Pool Wash Racks / Sand Traps at Fort Carson Army Base in Colorado Springs, Colorado. RGI has provided services under this contract since September 2005. This project takes advantage of RGI’s vacuum truck capabilities and Centralized Waste Treatment (CWT) facility in Colorado Springs.
RGI completed a large natural gas pipeline hydrostatic test in southern Colorado. RGI was contracted to provide water management services during the test and was responsible for supplying the test water and treating, sampling and discharging the water after use. This project was completed during the harsh winter months in which temperatures at the project site dipped to as low as -18 F. RGI utilized diesel powered heating units to prevent the over 480,000 gallons of water from freezing in the frac tanks, manifolds and piping network.
